• Payment under the contract is to be discussed during interview.
• Accommodation paid by the employer.
• Change in position in the troupe, increases the payment, respectively.
• The working visa for a year, prolongation is possible.
• Round-trip flight at the employer's expense.
• 1-2 performances per day (two on Saturday, Sunday) — 1 “day off” per week.
• 8 hours working day (rehearsals and performances)
• Rehearsal time — 100% of payment.
• Insurance: Full social package according to the European standards.
